Do you service outside of Detroit?

Absolutely! In fact we service the entire state! If your pick up is over 50 miles from us, you may be charged a fuel charge. You have unlimited miles and stops so you can go anywhere in the state of Michigan during your reservation.

Can I drink on the buses?

Absolutely, as long of you're of legal drinking age! All of our amazing shuttles buses have bar areas with custom installed granite counter tops and coolers that are prefect for chilling, mixing, and serving up your favorite drinks! Any one under the age of 21 on the bus means that there cannot be any alcohol at all.

Do you provide alcohol on the buses?

No. As stated above you are allowed to drink on the buses, but you must bring your own beverages. Although we cannot provide alcohol, we do supply ice, glassware, and paper towels!

Can I smoke on the buses?

Unfortunately no, we do not allow any smoking of any kind on any of our vehicles. However, your rental includes unlimited stops so you can take a break whenever you need to!

What are your hours of service?

We operate 24/7 all year round! No matter if you want the shuttle in the middle of the day, late at night or the wee hours of the morning, we will be there to provide you with service.

Do your buses have restrooms?

Unfortunately, no. However, we will stop as many times as you'd like if you want for a bathroom break. Tell your driver and they will pull over as soon as they can.

What types of events do you service?

We service many different types of events, including weddings, corporate events, school dances, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, fund raisers, sporting events, concerts, prom, homecoming, and more! The choice is yours!

Can we play our own music?

Yes, of course! Our vehicles have amazing stereo systems and have both CD players and an Aux cord to plug in your phone! Of course too, there's always the radio.

Can children come?

Any age can come. Our only rule is that if there is children or anyone under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol. Even if it's a five year old flower girl who clearly doesn't drink alcohol, there can be none on the vehicle.

Are hidden fees to know of?

Nope. We don't hide anything from you. We tell you everything your price includes and will answer any other questions you may have. We will never demand you to pay more money you don't know about.

Can I cancel?

We have a no cancellation policy. Once you pay your deposit, you will have to pay the full amount if you can't use the service. You cannot change the date of your reservation so make sure that all the information is correct. You might be able to change the time or the vehicle depending on availability.

What if we end up staying past our reserved time by a little?

That's okay. You will not be charged a high fee for going over. It's simply your normal hourly rate divided up into 15 minute increments so that you never have to pay for time you don't use. If you would like to extend your time, give us a call to make sure that it's okay.

Do we have to tip the driver?

Tipping is not mandatory. We leave it up to you. Our drivers do not survive off tips and get a generous pay. Tipping is an excellent way of showing them that you appreciated the service they provided.
